Interior Finished Cabins are available in both our Standard Cabin and our Lofted Cabin models and include all of their standard features.

FINISHED CABIN STANDARD FEATURES: 

• Fully finished interior with Pine Car Siding walls & ceiling with clear coat
• 3.5" Wood baseboard
• 6-Panel wood interior doors
• Vinyl floating floor
• R-13 Fiberglass insulated walls, ceiling, and floor.
• 1.5 ton electric HVAC (outside unit included but must be installed by you)
• All plumbing for kitchen & bath. 40 gallon electric water heater.
• All electric done with lights, fan, exterior outlet, and breaker panel.
• Bathroom includes vanity and 4' shower.
• Kitchen cabinets with laminate counter tops.

Several floorplans available or bring your own for a custom cabin layout.

Ground prep or excavation as well as any permits must be supplied by the owner.
